James Holden.

Joining Leader in 1983, James has almost 40 years’ experience as a marketing and communications professional.   

With vast experience of consultancy life, having been lead consultant for major food, leisure and B2B brands including Greggs, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace and Linford Group, James was Managing Director of Leader for almost 30 years.  Following the transition to becoming an employee-owned business, he moves to become a consultant and minority shareholder as well as a director of the Leader Marketing Partnership Trust.

James is also an ordained clergyman and the Bishop of Coventry’s Chaplain to Business Leaders.
