Libby Dale.

Junior Graphic Designer

Libby studied Fashion Marketing and Branding before becoming a graphic designer in both a freelance capacity, working across a range of industries from health and wellness to food and drinks, and for an educational publisher where she worked on children’s literature.

Passionate about the role that design plays in creating a brand identity, the process of crafting visuals to build a brand that stands out in the marketplace and communicates marketing messages, Libby now works with the Leader creative team on a variety of online and offline projects; from branding and brochures to websites and social media assets.

In her own words

Describe graphic design in three words:

Creative, communication, engaging.

How would you describe your approach to graphic design:

I’m always on the lookout for new ideas and sources of inspiration for my design work – even if it’s spotting a design I like on a storefront or something I’ve scrolled past on Instagram. I like to stay up to date with industry trends and use these to inject new ideas into my work.

What do you most enjoy about your work:

I enjoy being able to solve problems for people and being able to present them with something they’re happy with.

What do you do in your spare time:

I enjoy getting outdoors and going on long walks in the countryside. I also like crocheting, cooking and live music.
