Finance and Operations Director

Tracy sits on the management team as the lead on all things finance and operations.   

A broad and varied role providing strategic operational and financial guidance to the new employee-owned business management team. Comprising financial and HMRC compliance, growth forecasting, management of P&L, monitoring resource allocation and all necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and operational control of our business.  

With almost 20 years’ service at Leader, Tracy brings this deep understanding of our history to the new management team, along with the drive and expertise to help our growth plans.

What do you do in your spare time:

With two teenage daughters, there is not a lot of that.  When I get the chance, I enjoy walking, spending time with family and eating out.
