Morgan Associates
Morgan Associates is a long-standing, independent estate and lettings agency, specialising in properties for sale and to rent in Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.
The Leader Marketing Partnership was appointed to develop a new visual identity and bring a more modern Morgan Associates to life. As the estate agents looked to attract more high-end properties and HNW clients, the new visual identity needed to reflect this too.
Leader worked with the team to create a website which supported its commercial objectives and improve its web presence for potential buyers and sellers of larger, more prestigious properties within their geographical patch. Having encountered issues with the existing website, the new website needed to improve the user experience, as well as the user interface.
Our work and the results
A new identity and tone of voice was created for Morgan Associates which better reflected the agency, its values and its target audiences. The colour purple, associated with luxury and elegance, was introduced to appeal to affluent customers and this was paired with modern type fonts and motifs. A newly built WordPress website, created with user experience and ease of use at front of mind, was also unveiled.
Fully responsive and mobile optimised, the revised website integrated seamlessly with their current in-house systems with new features including videos, comprehensive search functions, filters and featured properties. Designed to allow website forms to be sent directly to the agency’s relevant teams, and working alongside an updated Google Analytics tool to track website visitors, the website became a sophisticated sales tool rather than simply an eye catching marketing asset.
The new Morgan Associates logo was also rolled out across the agency signage, from window template cards to entrance signs and new sales/letting T-board artwork. All complemented by a full stationery suite and a new digital brochure. All consistent with the new and improved website. All designed by Leader.
